Add one to four pumps/tablespoons of chocolate syrup or cocoa powder into the cup.
Pour a small amount of hot water to dissolve the syrup or powder.
Place the coffee grounds into the portafilter and tamp accordingly.
Lock the portafilter into the espresso machine and pull the shots directly into the cup.
While the espresso is brewing, heat the milk using the steam wand.
Once done brewing, stir the chocolate and espresso until fully incorporated.
Pour the steamed milk into the cup.
Finish the beverage with whipped cream and a dash of cocoa powder.
Serve your mocha coffee, and enjoy!
